Data collector minimum requirements

Minimum requirements for 3Manager Data Collector

Operation system
We recommend to use Windows systems that are supported and not end of life

Microsoft Windows based computer
- XP SP3 to Windows 11
- Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6 (or newer)
*Recommended to update to newest framework

Microsoft Server based system
- Windows Server versions 2003 to 2022 Server (or newer)
- Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6 (or newer)
*Recommended to update to newest framework

Linux based system
- Debian-based distributions
*Only 64bit versions

Internet access
- Port 80 or 443

Proxy
- If used, enter proxy server, username and password. 
- HTTP 1.1 compliant proxy server, domain proxy and PAC file compiled proxy is supported.

Ports used
- SNMP ports 161 / 162 and port 80/443 for outbound communication

IP-Ranges
- The data collector will search within a scope, E-.G: 192.168.1.1 – 192.168.2.255.
- If no IP-range is added the data collector will search within the local subnet.

SNMP enabled on printers
- If SNMP is not enabled it will not be discovered by any data collector.

Hardware
- Minimum 10GB free hard disk drive and 4GB RAM.
