Getting logs (for troubleshooting)

Introduction: 

In the case where the data collector stops working you might be asked to provide the log files. This article will help you get the logs. 

Logs are needed for troubleshooting and can be found in on of the following places depending on your operating system.
 

For the data collector: (SNMP agent)

%AllUsersProfile%\printeragent

c:\users\all users\printeragent

c:\users\all users\application data\printeragent

c:\appdata\printeragent

For the print job tracker (3logger)

Please send both logs from both: 

PrintJob master log files are located in :

c:\program files (x86)\3manager\3logger master agent\

PrintJob slave log files are located in :

c:\program files (x86)\3manager\3logger slave agent\
