How to delete an account or vendor

To delete an account please follow the process:

1. Login to 3manager and navigate to the account
2. Go to settings - Edit information
3. In the lower right corner click "Delete"
4. A warning appears, click OK if you want to continue
5. The account is deleted instantly from your portal
   
   

Please note this can not be undone.

To delete a vendor please follow the process:

Please note that vendor accounts does not have a delete button like end-customer accounts. This is for security reasons to avoid deleting master vendors with many accounts mapped. 

Guide to delete a vendor:

1. Navigate to the vendor of interest. 
2. Click the 3 dots - Settings - Edit information
3. Open the chat and write "DELETE THIS VENDOR"

From here Support will take over and get back to you.
