Summary
PrintReleaf is a sustainability platform that automatically reforests the equivalent of paper consumption and offsets the carbon emissions associated with print.
By connecting PrintReleaf with 3manager you can give customers measurable sustainability results, such as certificates showing the number of trees planted.
The data is avaialble in the Green Profile dashboard.
How it works
- 3manager sends only volume data to PrintReleaf once per day.
- No device details such as IP, serial number or name are shared.
- PrintReleaf converts the volumes into the equivalent number of trees to be planted.
- You can choose where the trees should be planted by selecting your favorite projects.
- If a project is full, other available projects will automatically be used.
Enabling the integration
- Go to the 3manager account where you want to activate PrintReleaf.
- Open settings and then integrations, and click configure on PrintReleaf.
- Turn the integration on. You will need an API token from PrintReleaf. If you do not already have one, log in to your PrintReleaf account, go to integrations and settings, and generate a token.
- Copy the token and paste it into the API key field in 3manager, then save.
- You can reuse the same token across multiple clients or create unique tokens for each account.
- End customers do not have access to the token field, only vendors can see it.
- When the token is added it may take up to 30 seconds for the favorite projects to appear. Select which projects you want to prioritize and save.
- The integration is now enabled.
You can follow results directly in the Green Profile dashboard in 3manager, or log in to PrintReleaf for more details.
Costs
Reforestation costs are not included in the 3manager license and will be invoiced separately, normally on a monthly retrospective basis unless otherwise agreed.
Things to note
- The integration only sends volume data.
- You can always log in to the PrintReleaf portal to see detailed information.
- Results such as total trees planted and monthly planting graphs are available in the Green Profile dashboard once the integration is enabled.
