 Installation instructions - macOS 

1. How to download

• The download is available from the  agent download options when logged in, or
  
  
• Download link: https://www.3manager.com/downloads 

2. Run the installation

• Doubleclick the MAC installer package
  
  
• In case you have "trust only Apple applications" you will get an alert saying that the software isn't from Apple. Go to your settings - security/privacy and you will have the option to choose "open anyway"
  
  
• Follow the installation and enter your password when required
  
  
• The data collecter will now create a web service meaning you can access the data collector from your browser.
  
  
• The URL is: http://localhost:5000/home (please note you can also access the data collector from other computers in the same network by entering the IP address:5000/home. (i.e 192.168.1.23:5000/home)
  
  
• We recommend using the password option in the security settings so only people with the password can access the data collector. 

3. Configure

• Open an internet browser and enter: localhost:5000/home
• Enter the location ID and click OK (the auto insert is only available in the Windows version)

4. Getting logs

If the data collector is online and working, you can then login into the webinterface of the collector and click maintenance. From here click "download all logs".
