1. Security Documentation

Rather than completing individual or proprietary vendor assessments manually, we provide all required technical data through our pre-certified documentation. This ensures that every partner receives the most accurate and up-to-date information vetted by our engineering team.

• Security Whitepaper: 
  A high-level overview of our architecture, data encryption, hosting environment, and detailed information about data collection.
   
• Master Security Questionnaire (CAIQ): 
  A detailed Excel-based master file containing over 100+ standard data points covering access control, physical security, disaster recovery, and data privacy.

2. How to Complete Client Questionnaires

Our partners are responsible for their own end-customer relationships. To assist with your client's due diligence, we recommend the following process:

1. Cross-Reference: Use the Master Security Questionnaire to populate your client’s specific forms.
    
2. Specific Clarifications: If your client has a technical requirement not addressed in our Master Template, please Submit a Support Ticket to [e-mail] with the specific question. We will provide the clarification and update our Master Template accordingly.
    

3. Professional Services: If your client requires a 3manager engineer to manually map our security data into a proprietary format or perform a custom audit, this is available as a Professional Service billed at 180 EUR per hour.
