If your print data collector(s) have lost connection to 3manager or have been uninstalled, please follow the guide below. If you need to know the IP address of the computer where it was last installed, please refer to the email that was sent.
(Please note that the printer data collector software is installed on a computer not the printers)
How To Solve - Guide

Download the data collector repair file:

Run the file on the computer where the data-collector used to be
Click "yes" or "allow" if asked if you want to make changes on the computer. When done the 3manager desktop icon will appear. -
Double click the 3manager Desktop Icon
The 3manager Status is now visible again on your deskto -
It should open a window similar to this:
If the "Previous report" is green, all is good. It might be red to start with, but you can click the "Send report" and it will change.
If you by any chance get a different window, you might see "Invalid ID" and 0000-000-00-000-0. In that case, leave us a message and we will send back the location ID to you.
🔄 What Happens Next?

No alerts or toner triggers are lost during the data collector downtime.

Once the collector is running again, it will scan all devices and send any relevant alerts as normal.
