Some data is missing (Counter, toner, other)

In 3manager we have a minimum set of data which needs to be supported to make sure all features are utilized best way possible. 

In cases, we have models not supporting the minimum values they will be on this list. 

Definition of minimum data needed: 

• Brand
• Model
• IP address
• Mac address or serial number
• Total pages
• Total mono (BW)
• Total color
• Toner level preferable in % levels, but depending on the MIB it can be "OK", "Not empty", "Low" and "Empty"

If any counter or other data field is missing, please use the "leave a message" or "Get in touch" option and describe which counter is missing. This will automatically include the URL to the device for quicker support.

This could also be if its marked as a mono / bw device but its actually a color device. 

You can also send an e-mail to [e-mail], however we need a link to the device in 3manager to be able to analyse further.

HP	HP 126/128	No counters available.	Supplies ordering is still supported but it will not be able to calculate coverage.
Canon	MF8330	Only lifecount is available, not color counts.	Supplies ordering is supported, but its not possible to track color counts or color costs.
Canon	LB5050	Only lifecount is available, not color counts.	Supplies ordering is supported, but its not possible to track color counts or color costs.
Canon	iPF8000S	Only lifecount is available, not color counts	Supplies ordering is supported, but its not possible to track color counts or color costs.
